HELP Me Claim My Author Profile Please > Likes and Comments

I wrote a new book and published to amazon (B0F4LX7TVN) Hidden Unknown Truth: Discovering The Power Between Our Thoughts. I used a new Amazon account for it as I published under my real name Scott Enman instead of my pen name Edward Scott.

The issue is I claimed my new book with my old Goodreads profile by accident. I didn't realize I did this until I tried to start a giveaway today.

Can you unlink from my old profile (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) and link it to this one please?

You can close my old Goodreads account afterward if you like.

The book is on the correct profile. If you have lost access to the account, you will need to contact support. Librarians cannot handle claimed author profiles at all.

As this has nothing to do with adding new books or editions, I will close the thread.

That's good news that it is on the correct account. However, I cannot create a giveaway from that account for my book as Goodreads says my Amazon Account and Goodreads profile do not match. Is that a support question as well? If so I can contact them.

Anything to do with author accounts is a support issue.
