I like the bottom one, but I like the top one best. It' not just the blue but it's lighter and not only feels more "60s" but the combination with the white contrasts makes it appear lighter emotionally to me. And I don't mean light-hearted. I mean more along the idea of uplifting emotionally.

I agree the dark blue costumes are definitely NOT a very '60s color scheme, and the cyan is more uplifting. But I just don't think it works with the white trim. I never liked it in the comics and I would always get irked at every colorist who used that combination.
On the plus side, that's four action figures I don't have to spend money on now! :)
