Well, it uses the same cover as the other edition I showed, https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...Is that acceptable, or do I need to provide another source? I think most likely I'd have to provide a photo of my copy.

I have uploaded 4 files in my profile photos, Cover, inner jacket showing book club edition, title page and copyright page
Photos of my copy. I couldn't get a better cover photo because my copy has a clear plastic library style cover, and when I tried to remove it I got concerned the paper cover was in such poor shape it would fall apart.

Your fifth image gives a copyright date for illustrations of 1986.There is an ISBN and they did not exist in 1965.
Aaah. That runs into another issue. That photo (nor the 6th) is not for Star Fox, that is for an Asimov book, Robot Dreams. Is there a way to organize the photos I upload? I did title the photo Robot Dreams Copyright Page.

While it seems likely, I can't say for certain that the two editions are duplicates. If they are, I would merge to the original edition I linked to, https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1..., as it shows the publisher as Doubleday & Company, as does my copy of the book, whereas the other edition lists the publisher as Science Fiction Book Club, and I'm not aware of whether that entity is a publisher per se. I am not an expert on this (or any other) book, I'm just trying to fill in information for something that I feel confident is in my possession. Looking at some of the suggestions I see in this librarian group, I get the feeling that the desire would be not to merge/delete entries unless one is certain.

Not sure. I would assume there would be a non-book club edition of the hard cover, and that this is it. If anything, I would suspect (though again not know for certain) that https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... are the same edition (though the picture of the latter looks startlingly "new", as though it weren't printed 60 years ago.

Interesting. Did they only distribute Doubleday books? I don't remember but it's been a long time since I bought books from a book club :)
But to the point of the question I was trying to answer, does that make the two editions listed here in Goodreads duplicates, or should they be considered separate?

SFBC did produce their versions of other publishers' works, yes.I would put the actual publisher in the publisher field, and Science Fiction Book Club as the edition.
