Combine Book Editions/Reviews > Likes and Comments

Hi! I noticed that there seem to be two different editions of my new book, and I would like to have those combined, so that all reviews end up in one place.

The Haunting of Luke Schumer by Jennifer Osborn, there should only be one.

Is there only a Kindle of this book? You added a blank edition later on.
