Combining Editions > Likes and Comments

Hi there, I'm wondering if it's possible to get some help combining editions for The Room on the Right by Lawrence Mieczkowski. I attempted to follow the steps outlined in the Goodreads Help article, but I didn't see the "boxes" where I should have been able to select the editions to combine.

I'd love some help combining the paperback, hardcover, ebook, and audio into 1. Right now, it looks like the paperback and audiobook are combined, but the others are not. Additionally, the hardcover doesn't have the cover or publisher listed. Here are the respective ISBNs:
