I have removed the placeholder so you can upload the cover yourself. Please start your own thread in future rather than use one about another author's book.

Sorry! That's how it used to be done. I didn't realize I needed to start a new thread. I even took the time to try and read all the instructions. If I could remove all my books from GR and have nothing to do with the site I would, but as it is, I'm stuck having to try and figure it out. Thanks for your help.
