New cover editions will not combine > Likes and Comments

Hello,
I have tried multiple times over the past few weeks to create new editions with updated covers and combine them with my two most recent books. After the seventh attempt between the two, I'm asking for you to please update my book covers. I'm not sure what is going on with the combine editions option, but it hasn't been working.
The two books I'm trying to update to their respective covers:
Festivals and Fatalities: Whispering Lake Book 4 A Boatload of Trouble: Whispering Lake book 5

I don't see any books that need to be combined on your profile. Could you clarify what you are trying to do please? Do you want to replace the placeholder covers?

I have removed a few duplicate editions as well.

I'm trying to combine editions to get the new covers to show up. So really, all I need is to replace the placeholder covers.
