Hello Mark, if you are requesting a record just for You Only Live Once, I’m afraid we are not allowed to add ‘short fiction only published in an anthology, collection or magazine’ as individual records. The anthology itself in which your story appears has you properly listed as a contributor though, so is luckily on your author profile already.
