New Title and New Edition > Likes and Comments

As part of a massive refresh of my books, I not only changed the covers, but I changed the titles:
The Hidden Blade -> Hidden Blade
The Ducal Heir -> Ducal Heir
The Lion Vessel -> Lion Vessel
The Keeper of the Gate -> Keeper of the Gate

(Basically I chopped the off all of them).

Because it's a title change, I had to do second editions, not just cover update. Is it possible to combine these with the old editions?
