Request to Correct/Combine Pen Name & Combine Book Pages [done] > Likes and Comments

I have a pen name, A.J. Stein, that is showing up as both "A.j. Stein" and "A J Stein". I'd like the two to be merged and corrected to "A.J. Stein" if possible. Related to this, there are two pages for Pumpkins Possessed, one by each of the pen name versions, that I would like combined into one page. Thanks!
