David, I am sorry for the trouble you had reading my novel. I have completely reconfigured my novels. Two were republished prematurely. They are now corrected. BTW, Gladiator Floor in the Harris County lockup was a real thing, look it up. Also, this is a series. Christina's story continues in the second in the series, Dark Motive.
