Morris Stevens Hi, I'm Morris Stevens. I just published my book, Neon Titan Awakens. Super excited to share about it. Find my website at http://www.neontitanseries.com

Here's my book here on Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

In a world perfected by AI, three strangers are just trying to survive — and come to terms with what’s already been lost.

The Metrofederacy is a gleaming utopia, governed by Stella, a world-spanning AI that promises peace, purpose, and progress. Citizens are coached and chemically adjusted—when necessary—until compliance feels like freedom. Most never question it.

Beyond its borders lie the Wildlands: scarred, lawless, unforgiving.

Here, Quincy — a hardened mechanic — fights to stay alive after her trade caravan vanishes without a trace. At her side are two unlikely companions: Demmy, a quiet scavenger running on instinct, and Chase, a disillusioned politician’s son searching for purpose in a world where he doesn’t belong.

They aren’t rebels. Not yet.

They’re just trying to find the people Quincy lost — and make it to tomorrow alive.

But in a world this ready to explode, survival means becoming dangerous.

They don’t trust each other.

They never would have chosen each other.

But does anyone get to choose the person next to them when the world falls apart?

Sometimes, in the rubble and ash, something like a family can form — the only light that remains when all others go out.

For fans of:

Station Eleven — aching humanity in collapse

The Broken Earth Trilogy — fierce characters and emotional scars

Brave New World — the chilling comfort of engineered peace

The Expanse — morally tangled alliances and class tension

Children of Time — discovering what it means to be alive — and to belong

Lis McDermott Hi. I'm Lis McDermott, I write character-led novels, although my previous 3 are more suspenseful romance/mystery/thriller my latest, released in June is the first in a series.

My latest books is: Honey, book 1 of The Beaconsbury Forest Series. It's a family story, focusing on the mother, Honey, then her daughter and it looks at how just one mistake can affect lives. It's written in first pov, which is the first time I've used this for a complete book.

My challenge is writing in first pov - because if there are other things going on, I need to find a way to incorporate it into the story without it seeming forced (for example there is a killer in the background)!

Believe in your own stories. I started writing novels at 70 and this is my fourth. If you have a passion - go for it.

M. J. Windsor Hi. I'm one part of M. J. Windsor, my dad is the other part. We write young adult adventure fantasy, children's fiction, thriller, and detective fiction. Currently, we have just put out the 2nd version of our book "My Name Is Arthur." The first version was a learning curve that took a lot out me me. I've learned quite a bit about self-publishing, marketing, and navigating through the creative side of book covers.

The book is about a yount teenage boy and his family who discover hidden family secrets, family bonding, and dangers to their family.

We have a trilogy in the works and the other two will be out sometime this year.

Douglas Emerson Hello everyone,
My name is Douglas Emerson. I’m a consultant and coach specializing in project management and goal-setting. Over the years, I’ve helped people move from vague ambitions to clear, structured results.

My debut book, Start at the Finish: The Power of Reverse Planning, presents a simple but powerful system for achieving clarity, confidence, and consistent progress by planning backwards from your desired outcome.

I’d be happy to connect with fellow readers and authors here. If anyone is interested, I can share a free copy of the eBook in exchange for an honest review on Goodreads or Amazon.

Looking forward to learning from this community and joining the conversation!
