Kimberly King Hi Ryan. Thank you for your review.
I Said No is a great resource for parents to read with their children. Most states require that public schools Pre-k through 12th teach this topic. (Erin’s Law)
I would hope that in the library…. A librarian might download some of our free resources and worksheets and make a take home kit to go with this book. If you google my name and Rowan Reads… you can even see how to read the book. And if you google “Eleanor Craig and I Said No book… you can find an extensive study from the Journal of Sex Abuse about what strategies we need to teach that have been found effective in Preventing harm to children. If you need any help with your local library and how to use this book please reach out. I have read the book at many libraries thru the years and have lesson plans I am happy to share.
I really like what you said here at the end about how much it would get used. I think I need to create some guidance for librarians.
