The 'angle' was a little tricky to navigate as a writer—I wanted to draw on my past dietetic experience for the subject matter of malnutrition and food insecurity, while presenting theme to a wide audience (who may not necessarily have a clinical background but who are deeply concerned about the current atrocities in Gaza).
