Bo Based on this, I would like to point out that there are millions of books that are in much greater need for a trigger warning (ex. The Hunger Games, Twilight, Harry Potter, any mystery novel ever, etc.) I would like to see your review of those books (some of which gave me nightmares as a child) which are "desperately" in need of a trigger warning.

Kate Grasso Hi Brooke,

Thank you for taking the time to read my books and for sharing your thoughts. I take the emotional impact of my stories seriously, and I’m always listening to feedback from my readers.

I want to clarify that all of my books go through professional editing and are reviewed by sensitivity readers. While I understand that reading experiences vary widely and certain themes can be more difficult for some, my goal is always to explore authentic emotional journeys, even when they involve discomfort or imperfection.

That said, I’m actively exploring ways to offer content notes in a way that supports reader well-being without compromising the reading experience for those who prefer to go in blind. It’s a nuanced balance, and I appreciate your passion around this issue.

I genuinely wish you the best in your reading journey and thank you again for engaging so thoughtfully with my work.
