Thanks for the review. I was a little bit surprised that you only recalled 15% of the content being about Socrates. So I did a quick search of the manuscript. His name actually occurs well over a thousand times. Most of the chapters consist primarily of a Socratic dialogue, based closely on Plato or Xenophon's original writings, placed within its historical context, with a section discussing how each one relates to a different set of psychological concepts used in modern evidence-based psychotherapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.
