I can not see my book in my book's list > Likes and Comments

if I search the book, I can see it.
However, If I go to my book's list, it does not appear.

I am also not seeing it. Checked both pages of your book list. I don't see any reason why it is not showing. I recommend contacting Goodreads Support if it's still like that after a day or two.

it was showing as just updated a few minutes ago - it can take 10-15 minutes to populate through the database

Only showing as updated a few minutes ago because I tried various changes to get it to show.

The book was last updated before that almost 24 hours ago. No particular reason for these books not to be showing while all the other ones that were moved when the author claimed the page are showing successfully.

I can not see these books in my list (but they exist if I use the search bar)

However, I can see a lot of books that I do not publish on Amazon anymore since 4 years ago.

As above, you should contact Goodreads Support if the problem persists.
