Giveaway/Merge Request > Likes and Comments

I'm trying to do a paperback giveaway and it keeps saying the isbn number doesn't match and that the book doesn't have a cover.

It does have a cover and it's the correct isbn. The file has been uploaded to Amazon already so I'm not sure if this is because the ebook/paperback are not merged. I have no idea why I can't list the giveaway.

Can someone please help or fix this issue?

The book does not have a cover. Add one and you should be okay. If you have any further problems contact support. Librarians cannot do anything about giveaways.

Don't create book records without an ISBN or ASIN (Kindle). I have merged a duplicate record.

As mentioned in Msg 2, all inquiries about giveaways are handled by Support, not librarians.

Cover image requests belong in the Book Cover Help folder.
