Logan Wells For me, the biggest impact came from reducing goals to the smallest possible step. Instead of saying “I’ll write 2,000 words,” I tell myself “just open the document and write one sentence.” Most of the time I keep going, but even on tough days, that tiny step keeps the habit alive.
It’s interesting how something so small can remove all the mental resistance. What about you all — what’s the smallest habit that made the biggest difference in your life?
