There are several books listed on my profile page that I did not write. 9 books are listed. I wrote 2 of those: Treating PTSD: A compassion-focused CBT approach; and Surviving the Valley: Trauma and beyond. I also have one available for preorder: The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook for Depression (through New Harbinger) - coming out Jan 2, 2026.
