Thank you for your feedback. I honestly appreciate it. Binary was my first attempt at a novel over a decade ago. Like all new writers, I thought it was pitch perfect, because I saw the story as a whole more than the delicate pieces of its delivery...which was done with green fingers that thought they were infallible.
Your comment led me to go back and reread it - and, let me tell you, it's an odd sensation to look back at past work and realize how much you've grown as a writer. Since looking at it, I have done a rewrite to meet my current standards. And yes, there was fat on it, and phrases like "Tackles of his mind?" Not sure why I thought that was good a decade ago. Green fingers?
Anyhow, thank you. If not for you, I would have never given it another look with now seasoned eyes and started prepping for a soon to come 2nd revision relaunch. I would have never refined my old work if not for you. Keep reading and stay strong. It's people like you that help authors like me reflect on early works.
