Dear librarians, could you kindly help me correct my author name? It seems like I entered the author's name with two spaces between first and last name whereas in my new edition, the name has one space (hence, it's not showing on my profile).

Could you help me correct to just one space on my author details and on the first two editions of my book, Wretched Mage?

…it looks like another librarian took care of the issue yesterday (correcting the new edition to two spaces, to match your author profile*). If you click the author name on the link above, it directs to you as it should. Are you wanting it to be the ‘primary edition’ (the one that comes up in searches for the title, and displays on your author page)? If so, you can…

* Go to the book page of the edition that you would like to set as the primary edition
* Click ‘Edit book details’ at the top of the page under the star rating (it has a grey oval shaped outline, and a picture of a pencil to the left hand side)
* On the right hand side of the edit page under the cover photo, you should see a list of six options in blue font - the second one down is ‘set this book as the primary edition for this work’.

Bear in mind it can sometimes just take a bit of time to display properly on your author page.

*you have been given the ‘two-space’ author profile, as there is another Juliana Pinheiro on Goodreads. Please be assured no one else can visibly see the extra space; this is just the system Goodreads uses to keep the right books in the right places when authors share a name.
