Thank you for joining! I haven't read that one I will have to add it to my endless list! I love psychological thrillers and thrillers in general I'd have to say my all time favorites are Watchers and Lightning by Dean Koontz.

Welcome to the group Sid! I have not read Hidden Pictures yet but it is on my TBR. I did just finish The Last One at the Wedding by Jason Rekulak though and I LOVED it! -Jamie

But this is not supposed to be a forum for me to blow my horn lol. What's your favorite psychological thriller? I mean if you truly had to pick one for your desert island what would you choose? I ask because it is also my favorite genre though I seem to enjoy faster paced thrillers than most in this category.

I will check those out! Im currently reading the 4 monkey series and the Haunting of Hill House (Though not enjoying the latter). I will look at these and maybe we can do one for a monthly club read.

WILMA BROWN HI, I am an avid reader. I love mysteries, thrillers, courtroom drama, and true crime. Odd, but that is what I like, I do like biographies of unknown people, not celebrities. We already know all their stores.

Natalia Safina Hi everyone! 🌿

I’m Natalia, originally from the Balkans, a place rich in history and stories that shaped my love for reading and writing. In my free time I’m usually reading thrillers and dystopian novels, or wandering outside with a notebook in hand.

Some of my favorites are The Road by Cormac McCarthy and Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel, because they capture not just survival, but what it means to remain human in broken worlds.

Would I survive in most of the books we read here? I think I’d make it past the first wave of chaos—as long as I could find coffee in the apocalypse. ☕😅

As for the group—it already feels so warm and welcoming! Maybe one idea could be to have occasional fun prompts or quick questions (like “who would be your ideal survival partner?”) to keep conversations flowing between the monthly book reads.

Really excited to be here and can’t wait to hear your recommendations!

Hi Natalia, Thank you for the idea that certainly sounds like a lot of fun! I'll be sure and add it in. I've been out of town for work and haven't been on here in about 10 days but I'll get that together!
