I really enjoy reading your reviews. Many new books have been added to my “to-read”. Thank you for taking the time :)
I just finished reading your review of "The Dunwich Horror" and loved it. I too read the "The Dunwich Horror" at a very young age (my father suggested it, he read a huge variety of book classifications and authors) Ray Bradbury, Issac Asimov, Ernest Hemingway, and Samuel Clemmons being just a few of the authors he had suggested and supplied me with for starters - "The Call of the Wild" was the very first- but I was constantly bugging him for more authors - and one day he handed me a copy of collections by H.P. Lovecraft and " The Dunwich Horror " was in it. It affected me so srongly that I began to look at each book I read with a more totally encompassing view instead of just another 'good book, I've finished the last one you gave me, I need another one please' and I too re -read "The Dunwich Horrors" 15-16 years later and had a similar reaction to it- a another boyhood story of adventures and growing up minus the horror. I had forgotten just how much I used to love reading H.P. Lovecraft until reading your review and will be re-reading "The Dunwich Horror" and other stories he wrote - and I can hardly wait to get started, but will have to wait until I have finished the other books I'm reading right now. So once again, Thank you for writing another excellent and encompassing review, I try to read all of your reviews because you give such clean, well spoken, decriptive reviews with your personal view of each title without rambling on about how each chapter made you feel etc...I am really looking forward to reading your first (I hope one of many) novel, the description is great at explaining a new, very different and odd but exciting world of which I am eager to explore from a safe distance.

Thanks for your kind, enthusiastic comments. I rarely visit my reviews these days -and never write any- but when I saw this I wanted to thank you. You made me feel good this Monday morning!
