Sahar Haidari Paintings of Amelia was an incredibly inspiring read. The writing felt intentional and detailed.
I especially loved the integration and explanation of Persian and Muslim culture making it accessible to those unfamiliar with the traditions.

One of my favorite scenes was when Ali visited his Bibi for guidance. As someone who shares a close bond with my grandmother, I deeply connected with that moment. The way the author portrayed her unwavering faith, kindness, and devotion to prayer reminded me so much of my own grandmother (it was heartwarming to read).

The novel’s closing message resonated with me the most. It served as a beautiful reminder to always have Tawakkul(faith) in Allah and that no matter the hardships, we always have the power to paint the story of our lives.
