thanks for your insight. Educating the reader, well, I did not think of it as such, it came naturally to me, but you may be right. The book soon will be published by Pegasus in one volume and the story is strictly reedited, and extended.
It is now published in one volume - Pegasus is yet to put it on Amazon, but will do soon.
