Our coming book listed wrong author, other book still on her listings as well as ours > Likes and Comments

We have a second book coming out (Dance with the Devil) that has been attributed to the wrong Madison Chase account, and upon further look into her book listings it is still showing our previous book (Pack or Prey) under her book listings even though the librarians had assisted us in getting our Madison Chase account added as a contributing author (I originally published it as Melissa A Graham and re branded as Madison Chase).

Pack or Prey is currently showing up under the OTHER Madison Chase book listings while simultaneously listing THIS account as a contributor. As the rights owner I want the title taken completely off her account she has no reason to have it listed. Here is Pack or Prey's book listing https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Dance with the Devil belongs to THIS Madison Chase account, not the other. Please completely remove it also from her account and attribute it to this one (Melissa A Graham does not need to be listed, this book is published only as Madison Chase) Here is the book listing for Dance with the Devil https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Fixed! Moved from the default Madison Chase profile to Madison Chase with two spaces between the name and the surname.

May I please get some assistance?

We are running into the same issue again with the other Madison Chase account. Three of our books are showing up on their listing.

Our anthology- Rage is our Love Language, Dance with the Devil Audibook and a Pack or Prey is showing up.

We've also had a run in with an AI book that is going around under Madison Chase, though I am not sure if it is hers or a completely different Madison. It is a memoir about being a playboy bunny or something. This is not our book yet somehow people are connecting it to us. I'm not sure how to combat that other than letting you know.

Fixed! If any book that isn't yours gets connected to your profile, just leave a message with a link to the book in question and we'll move it (it only takes an extra space in the author field when a book is added to the data base for that to happen).

As librarians we can move books and add/fix their info but we're volunteers, so for problems with the site, with other users or if you believe a book keeps being added to your profile not by mistake but on purpose, you may contact Support.
