Rinat Klein Hello fellow Jewish book enthusiasts! My name is Rinat Klein, from Israel. I just wanted to share news about my 'Black Seagull', recently translated into English and now available on Amazon. Originally published in Hebrew in 2014, it's been a rewarding experience to see this work reach a wider audience.
The narrative spans two captivating timelines, moving between the landscapes of Russia and Israel. Set against the background of the historic immigration of Jews from the Soviet Union to Israel, the story introduce the life of three generations of one Russian-Jewish-Israeli family.
If you're on the lookout for something new, consider giving it a read. Hope it catches your interest. Happy reading!

Howard Langer My unusual novel, The Last Dekrepitzer, which is not widely known, received the National Jewish Book Award's Book Club Award yesterday. A fiddler busking blues and occasionally niggunim in a New York subway station in 1962 is the Dekrepitzer Rebbe, the sole survivor of his sect. The book describes the Odessey that brought him from his shtetl, through the war in the Russian army, to rural Black Mississippi, to the streets of New York where he accompanies the great blues guitarist, The Reverend Gary Davis. The book received a "get it verdict" from Kirkus and is favorably reviewed in the December issue of Moment and on the JBC website, It is my first book.

Silvano Stagni I have written six books with characters from a Venetian Jewish clan loosely inspired by my mother's family and their close circle of friends. The first, "The Dressmaker's Parcels," is about navigating Mussolini's racial laws, joining the resistance during WWII, and beginning to rebuild their lives in the few months following the war. The others are historical crime fiction stories (same Venetian family) divided into two series: one, "Rachele Modiano Mendes - the early years", is set between the two World Wars (3 books so far), the other, "Rachele Modiano Mendes investigates, is set after World War II (2 books so far, one set in 1947, the other in 1950, I started working on a third. My books are available on Amazon they are all included in Kindle Unlimited. So far, I have a cumulative rating of 4.5 as an author.

Bonnie Suchman "What Remains is Hope," the second novel in the "Heppenheimer Family Holocaust Saga." was published this month. My new novel follows four German Jewish cousins trying to survive in Germany and German-occupied lands during WWII. According to a review from Booklife by Publishers Weekly, "Readers will find this follow up to Suchman's prior novel, Stumbling Stones, both a heartbreaking reminder of the Holocaust's atrocities and a compelling tribute to a family's refusal to surrender to despair...Richly compelling Holocaust account, centered on the power of hope."
