Book/Author page issues (fixed) > Likes and Comments

When I first got my author page, I tried for CL Rowell, no punctuation, and was denied and given C.L. Rowell, despite the fact it's on my books w/o punctuation, and ever since, every time I try to add my books to my page and put in the ASIN, it won't allow me to do it and claims it's already listed (ironically) on another page (yup, CL Rowell). Recently I reached out - by email instead of on here (live and learn) and someone helped me by hiding the other author page and adding all the books that were over there onto my page so that I now have 2, and sometimes 3, (?!?)copies of the same books cluttering my page. However, as I learned just now, with my newest book ( https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... ) I still can't use my own ASIN on my page because it's still going to the (now hidden) author page. Can this issue be fixed? I'd really like to be able to have my books with their ASIN numbers on them, on my page.
And before it's said, (and yes, I've heard it before) there is no other CL Rowell. I am the only author with my name. Apparently what happened is that a reviewer went searching for one of my books to add their review and they put my name in correctly, as it is on the cover, and a basic unclaimed author page with no picture or anything popped into existence and has been snagging my books ever since but y'all wouldn't let me claim it and combine it with my page. I tried and was turned down. And no, I can no longer find the other page since it was hidden, but my book ASINs sure can.
Is there any fix for this or should I just resign myself to having my books with the ASIN first appearing on a now ghost author page for as long as I'm writing and publishing? Thank you.

Note, Goodreads policy is to put punctuation in all author names with initials. Unfortunately this is a necessity due to how their system is set up.

New issue after fix. My last book (Love in a Time of Supervillainy) was somehow removed from my book list when it was repaired so I added it back, except it still isn't showing anywhere in my book list. I can search it up by book title in the 'search books' thing up top, and find it that way, but it isn't on my page/book list on any of the pages. I checked, refreshed the page, and checked again but it isn't there. Where did it go? Now I'm worried about adding new books as I publish them, about if they're going to show up on my page at all. Please help?
