Please merge 2 webpages of same book > Likes and Comments

Please merge the ebook/audiobook page and the paperback pages for Whine and Dine so they correctly appear as the same book with three formats.

I don't know how to do this correctly and will likely mess something up. Can someone please do this for me?

Ok, done. But all you have to do is use the "combine editions" link and then check off the multiple instances of the same book.
