Use the small button at the top of the existing book page to add a new edition. Reviews will not be transferred but they will be shared.
Okay, so I discovered that the new versions are already up on goodreads, but I can't seem to get the editions to combine. Please advise! thanks!
thank you!!!But is there any way to get the new cover to be what pops up when someone does a search for this title? Right now, if I search "A Girl Like You", the old cover shows. Any way to change this?
Also, would you be able to combine the old and new editions for the rest of the series?
A Ring of Truth
A Promise Given
A Veil Removed
A Child Lost
A Spying Eye
There is a final book - A Haunting at Linley, but the new version isn't up yet.
Thanks so much!!!
Okay, thanks! I found that. But the new and old versions of the other books actually aren't combined. Can you fix this? Thanks! The new editions have different covers. Also, if you look at A Ring of Truth, for example, there are 5 editions listed!! There should really only be three (print, ebook, and audio). Secondly, Is there any way to just delete the earlier versions of all the books after the reviews transfer? It seems silly to have all these editions...
Thanks!!
The older editions don't go away when new ones are added. People like to shelve the ones they own. Kindle and Audible editions can have updated covers but physical books have to have new editions. It looks like a couple of them were added as "empty" editions without an ASIN, and Amazon filled in a "junk" ASIN later. I will merge them but it will involve separating out some of them and re-combining so don't combine yet.
Thanks for this! So should I just wait a few days for you to do this? Or should I try to do it?Thanks so much!!!
OK I have merged a few editions, but there were a number of your new cover editions on the other author's profile. You will want to reset all of your default editions since I have separated and deleted several. So it seems like a lot of editions, but if you set the default as the newest version, people won't get confused.
Akanshi wrote: "Hey! I have changed my pen name, so please help me change my author name under my old book."Books should be listed under the original author name. If reissued under a new name this can be added as a secondary author.
You can post a request at 'book and author page issues'. Remember to include link/s to relevant editions

I'm re-publishing my Henrietta and Inspector Howard series (7 books) and would like to submit my new covers, isbns, publisher name, book description, etc. Should I give you all of this info or try to edit the book page myself? It looks like I can do a lot of it, but not the cover.
