Milos is right! I let him down horribly. In the middle of a year of personal challenges including moving countries three times, I failed to deliver his edit on time, and was rotten about communicating what was going wrong. I shouldn't have moved past the sample edit, when I saw how much work there was to do. I've fully refunded him as well as delivering about 65% of the promised edit, and I wish him all the best in his writing journey.
