Happy New Years all! Feels weird starting a new thread.
So far I've been putting the year on things correctly. However, I keep putting December on everything!
Hoping 2022 isn't 2020 3.0! (So far, it doesn't look encouraging...) I hope someone's good luck charms have worked!

I hope you all had wonderful holidays and a healthy and bright New Year! Just wanted to put out some housekeeping things... As we transition into 2022, the mods are hard at work moving folders and making new Vampire Heart threads and so on... All 2021 hearts have been posted and the old challenges are placed in the crypt... Feel free to check out your heart thread and PM me if something is missing... I am almost done with my first batch of Vampire Heart threads for 2022 and will be posting them soon... You will know it is a new one because it will have "2022" after your name... If you would like to request a heart thread (We typically make them after you have participated in some challenges), jump into the "How to Earn a Vampire Heart" thread in the Vampire Heart folder and place a request... I will get to it ASAP... Feel free to PM me with any questions... I am looking forward to another fabulous year with all of you:)
Hello all, I hope you are all having a good start to your weekend... We have an intense day ahead... My oldest is auditioning for college acting programs and today she has a virtual audition... She is ready to go, but as a mom I am so nervous for her... She will do great though; ready to get these auditions going and move forward! We are celebrating tonight with a good dinner at the Cheesecake factory! A winter storm is heading our way on Sunday, so the remainder of the weekend may be reading, rest, and relaxation... OR shoveling snow, LOL! Have a great weekend everyone!

Thanks ladies... Her one last weekend went fabulous... We are off to a live audition this weekend... Looking forward to a little road trip and seeing a college... The winter storm left about 10" in it's wake... It was a fun snow day but tired from the shoveling... Anyone have fun plans for this weekend???
I am busy in the hot glass shop running experiences. Glad the audition went well!

Just a few reminders to all those in the Bloody Bazaar...1. On February 1st, all 2021 threads will be placed in the crypt.
2. All 2022 threads are created; jump in your thread to save spots and I will continue to post games.
3. At this time, we have three games in the Bazaar for 2022: Scattegories, Old Maid:Monster Mash, and Zombie - Opoly.

Hello friends... Well, we are bracing for another winter storm to move through... Rain, sleet, ice, and snow.. All the elements are heading our way... We have another weekend of travel ahead of us for auditions, but everything continues to go well with them so fingers crossed we have another successful trip... Thanks everyone... The traveling was surprisingly easy although we were headed to Ohio and they had gotten 15" of snow with this storm... Luckily it had hit a day prior to us arriving so the roads were clear... The audition went fantastic! Now we have a little time to be at home and regroup for our final 2 auditions... It has been a blast seeing all these different campuses... My youngest is also enjoying getting a glimpse into college life... All around a good time!

Hey, does anyone use Libby in the group? I just found out that they're closing up Overdrive and trying to move everyone to Libby. I'm pretty sure Libby doesn't let you transfer the audiodbooks to mp3 and export them? Or does it? Anyone? (As far as I can tell I don't think there is a desktop version of libby either.)

I don't use Libby Shera, sorry.We made it through audition season... It is so nice to be on the other side of the entire application process... Now we wait to hear results and move forward from there:)

Hello friends, hope you are all doing well! Things for me have been busy but good... Finally got out in my flower gardens for a bit and started cleaning them up... It was nice to get some fresh air and feel like spring is coming... I am trying to figure out the best way to deal with the deer this year; I am determined to see my flowers and not have them decimate them... Anybody have any tried and true ways of keeping the deer off flowers??? I think I may have to get some netting and perhaps try one more type of spray or make a home remedy spray... Not sure yet but hopefully will think of something!
lol - my dogs keep the deer away but they have their own dangers to gardens
We don't have wild deer here but I would so love to see them. I've been very excited to see the bunnies moving about the lawn the last few days.
Deer are the worst for flowers. My M-I-L tried nets for a couple years, they helped, but you have to get the really fine mesh because the deer eventually find a way to get through it.
I am told that a hot sauce spray sometimes helps.
