I would love to help, but I haven't continued past the first book yet, which I thought was an excellent piece of writing. If it helps, I've used a service called Booktasters myself. They get your books into the hands of people who pledge to review them. Booktasters never managed to get me as many reviews as they had promised, and they were a bit expensive in my opinion, but it did help to boost the numbers, all the reviews were genuine, and some of those reviewers continued on to read and review the rest of the series as well.
