Srivalli~Nice Review. I am really happy you liked this one. I am sure I would love Deckle, cats 🐈 love me back, but I am Super Allergic, so I can not pet them, they always jump on my lap though. Love when libraries have them around.

Yay! Very happy to see that this one works! I would have been very disappointed if this turned out to be yet another dud by a favourite author. Too bad about the minimal magical realism though. I like her fantasy content.

The characters sound quite strong! I also like the idea of there not being a villain, just folks being human and making mistakes or bad decisions. Great review, Srivalli!
