Librarians cannot set the default edition of a work, only verified authors can. See here for instructions: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...

For future reference, the Adding New Books folder is for requesting the addition of books or editions that don't yet exist on Goodreads. For movings and other edits, use Book issues instead.
