Simple: we started here, it comes full circle and the author doesn't want us to forget what it was all about. We might have colonies, but Earth will always be our beginning. No tree without roots. ;)

It's always been a trope. Hello?! Star Trek?! They always want the codes to EARTH's defenses. They are always attacking stations around our sol system. They are always trying to come HOME.
And me, all I want is to leave this fucking mudball and explore space!

um...I was going to wander around Bucharest..eat things..drink things....and then take 3 days and go to check out Vald's castle....then head to South Italy and South Greece before coming home...I might go after winter semester is over (there is a break between the college football/NFL games and basketball finals so good time to travel international)
Is Bucharest near Proxima B? I thought it was in the Haedes system. :)

Well, you said 3 MONTHS so I was wondering how much vacation time you're usually getting. Your plans sound nice though - but be careful about the coffin, there are a lot of rip-offs being sold at the moment.
