I’m honestly baffled at all the good reviews like how is this considered writing? I don’t even want to be nasty but I’m literally in awe as to how people are enjoying this?

I keep asking myself “is it me?? Am I the problem??” I’m struggling so hard with this writing right now. I’m 60% through and keep having to reread things, because the phrasing is weird or the editing is off. It’s good to know it’s not just me.

I struggled with the plot twist. On several levels as it requires several characters to all be in on it, some very newly. Odd.

100%! I can’t comprehend this! And it’s not because it’s so good and high level writing but because it’s straight garbage!

i do genuinely still think the plot twist was thought of right at the end because there wasn't even any foreshadowing or anything 😅
its also possibly the worst ending i've read lol

So what I’m reading is that you liked it but it’s a slow day and you had nothing better to do than bitch about a book that’s a hit? Who foreshadows an ending? Perhaps knowing what the word means prior to use would be a help.

Did you even read my review? I did not like this book at all. It was terrible. You didn't even read the book so you don't even know what you're arguing about. the book is terrible and I'm allowed to dislike any book. I'm guessing you're also having a slow day and have nothing better to do than bitch in the comments section of a book you haven't even read.

I was a lot more generous with my rating, but I completely agree with you.
Poor editing…the pacing was dreadful…the ending was just clunky and not well-thought out.

I didn’t think the chemistry between the 2 mains was THAT bad, BUT there were definitely points where I thought to myself, “STAAAAAHHHHPP!” Lmao!

Completely agree with you that it read like a first draft…I think I was too generous to it, TBH…might have to go back and edit my rating. Lol!

would you believe there actually was an editor attached to this book? i looked it up because i couldn't believe the amount of mistakes and typos i was seeing. i feel like they just ran it though an AI grammar checker and called it a day
