Totally agree. I like his Artimes Fowl series. Read a couple they are fun. I think it is a tough challenge to try to think like Douglas Adams.

Zero interest. It's one thing to have an author step in to finish/polish a manuscript after an author's untimely demise, but I'm not interested in authors milking the franchise.

Joseph Cognard Wise choice. I liked the books I've read by the author, but this just wasn't Douglas Adams.


A Little Birdie I thought it was decent. Liked some bits, hated some bits. I do not consider it canon. You didn’t do a bad job portraying Ford and Arthur, better than Colfer at times, maybe.
