I created a new ebook entry for this title, with correct cover image, correct publication date, etc. now it's gone.
Should I recreate that ebook entry?

I deleted records that had no identifying information. When creating a book record, please fill out everything, especially the ISBN.

You did so without asking whether that was the correct thing to do?
This is my publication & my ISBN - also my ebook edition is listed on here with incorrect information...

Nothing with an ISBN was removed.
