Hi Miriam, thank you for the review, and I'm glad that you like the strategies in the book :-) Nowhere in the book (or in any course or seminar that I teach) do I suggest scamming customers or ripping them off. My whole philosophy and core value is giving value and helping and serving customers, so we are in full agreement there in our philosophy. To clarify, my growth hacking tactics are not "black hat" but are meant to help the entrepreneur and business owner who has a legitimate product or service of value to offer to the world, and needs help with simple, effective strategies to reach more customers in a cost-effective manner.
