I KNOWWW, they're prob the most beloved couple of all the books. i know that they have two books to themselves already but, i dont think anyone would complain about them being in this... but, some of these stories were soooo shit for couples i like so i guess it's good that malec didn't get ruined as well
I actually love this franchise, which is why im so disappointed in this one. Im bored! none of these stories feel important enough to have published a book about. Also, the audiobook has been hard to listen to

yes, i completely understand. this could've just not been published. and i can only imagine how bad the audiobook must've been...

i never was in the shadowhunters fandom tbh so i have no idea about the malec thing but, i understand since there sadly has to be homophobic fans everywhere and also, people who just have different tastes... imo, malec is the best couple in these books and there is a lot of popularity for them so, i would've liked to see them here!
i understand your frustrations, but the reason she left alec and magnus out of this bind up is because they have their own side stories/trilogy — the eldest curses.

yes, i completely understand! it would've been completely fine if the rest of this novel was good - but the absence of alec and magnus as well none of the short stories being good ruined everything for me.
