100% these are all my questions too. So much left unresolved.
Had the same questions! I gather it's planned to be a trilogy, so maybe there's more to come about 1, 3 and 4...?
You may know this now but I thought I’d pass the word along, this book is the first in a trilogy. I think we’ll get lots more to this story. I’d have been less thrilled if I hadn’t heard that when I read this book cause the ending is very open ended.
I had no idea it was going to be a trilogy. There's no sign of it on the book, which is a pity, because the epilogue in particular left me very dissatisfied.
