Well, we can't love them all, I suppose.
This one was (I thought) as good as all the rest, but I may be looking for something different than you are.

Yeah, you're probably right... 🤔
I was looking for a cozy Space Opera, with Silicon Snarkers and a HFN ending.
I was surprised to get Space Nazis with Superweapons, doing human experimentation, led by a Protomolecule-juicing, Stalin-esque, God Emperor, and an ending with a trapdoor, that whooshed the reader out an airlock screaming "WTF!" as their eyeballs froze in the vacuum.

I’m almost half way through book 1."
Are you liking it so far, Angelo?
Chrisjen Avasarala ! - close call for my favorite character and especially actor Shohreh Aghdashloo who played her SO well in the tv series. Now I want to read it again.

With only two more books to go, you better savor it. 🤔
Why haven't you started Tiamat's Wrath yet?
I was very very pleased with the final arc of novels in this series. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Unfortunately the tv series stops at the end of the preceding novel and has somewhat different (but also effective) continuity (knowing the books won’t predict the events of the series.)

Oh hey...that's awesome! I like it when they go in a different direction from the books. It's like you get a multiple-choice ending.

The only reason someone might write that, is that you can't finish the series without it? 🤔
This book was amongst the lowest-points in my Expanse reading. It was a Cliffhanger, without a Cliff.
The only advantage you have, is you don't have to wait almost a year and a half for Tiamat's Wrath.
Wot I thought.
