Okay, Dennis wrote a poetic greeting on one of the other threads- let's see what we can come up with here.

A branch rattles against the glass,
snow drifts across the street.
My hands dig deep into my pockets
while wintry wind freezes my feet.

Now that the holiday season is here,
I wish you all many moments of good cheer.
May your gatherings be filled with laughter and hugs,
And your memory stockings be stuffed with stories of love.

I will go to the beach today
and be thankful for the sun,
tomorrow our rain
will bring snow to the mountains
and make for some holiday fun.
