You did receive a response.
Hi Scott. I've looked everywhere I can think of to try and find the response but with no luck. Can you help me navigate to where I can see the response to this query?
Thanks for clarifying, Scott — I understand that out-of-print books remain valid entries in the Goodreads catalog. To be clear, I’m not requesting removal from Goodreads. I’m requesting an author profile split / variant author profile, as these legacy romance novelettes represent a different genre and early body of work, and are currently causing reader confusion with my upcoming Davis Crest women’s fiction trilogy.
If an author split is something you’re able to assist with, I’d appreciate guidance on next steps. If not, please let me know whether a different request channel would be more appropriate for an author split request.
Thank you for your time,
Vicki

I’m an author with a verified Goodreads profile (Vicki Childs). I previously submitted a librarian request but haven’t received a response, so I’m posting here for visibility.
There are several legacy romance novelettes listed under my author profile that are unpublished, no longer commercially available, and not part of my current body of work.
These titles include “Davis Crest” in the name, which is now also the title of my upcoming women’s fiction trilogy. This has begun to confuse readers, who believe the older romance titles are connected to the new series (which they are not.)
I’m requesting that these legacy titles either:
• be removed if eligible as unpublished works, or
• be moved to a separate author profile / variant name so they are no longer associated with my current bibliography.
I’m happy to provide any additional information needed. My goal is simply clarity and accurate representation for readers.
Thank you very much for your help,
Vicki Childs
