Combining books (paperback & ebook) > Likes and Comments

I have been trying for several days to combine the paperback and ebook versions of my book, "Stay Downwind," so reviews for either format will show up on both. However, I keep getting this alert: "This feature is temporarily disabled while we conduct some maintenance. Sorry for any inconvenience! It should be back up and running soon." Can a Librarian do this for me, since I'm currently unable, or do I need to wait? Also, thanks for getting both versions of my book on my author page--they were mistakenly listed under another author with the same name.
