Seeking Beta Readers for Literary Memoir (True Crime / Cultural) > Likes and Comments

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for beta readers for my memoir, A Country Called Brooklyn. It’s a literary true-crime memoir about growing up in 1970s Brooklyn under centuries-old Albanian honor codes, and my decades-long search to understand my sister’s murder by her husband.

I’m looking for readers who enjoy memoir or literary nonfiction and can offer constructive feedback on clarity, pacing, and emotional impact. Advance Readers copy will be provided.

Reading timeline is approximately 3–5 weeks.

If you’re interested, please comment or message me directly.

Thanks,
—Hane
