It's an excellent introduction to JW's history, beliefs, and how to engage in conversations with them. The author is a former JW himself, and his insights are valuable. He also wrote the version of this book for Mormons, which is also really good. (I have, but have not yet read the ones on Islam and Catholicism.) I definitely recommend this book!
