I thought since Angus McBride is the illustrator, this might be a Osprey book, but it seems not! I have a bunch of Osprey books for research and McBride is my favorite illustrator. Lovely and detailed work.
Yes! My emphasis is on Ren Italy, but I saw this book and loved the illustrations. I checked...the publisher is Blandford, as I guess you saw. Interesting that you noticed this:)
Vlad Dracul was the prince recored as Vlad II. This book deals with his son, Vlad Dracula, Vlad III.
